WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga can do a lot for the human body and can be worked into virtually any lifestyle or schedule. It has also been proven to increase health and body awareness allowing you to better control your bodies. From flexibility increases to better body alignment, yoga can help with a variety of conditions.
There are physical and mental benefits to doing yoga:

Originally from Singapore, I moved down under at the end of 2002 to pursue a degree in journalism and have called Melbourne home ever since.
My yoga journey began a decade ago and it has been my drug of choice ever since. Yoga has helped and shaped me tremendously; physically, mentally and emotionally. The deeper I delve into my practice the more awareness I create.
Sometimes we can all take our lives way too seriously. That is why I love approaching my classes with creativity, fun and laughter. Charlie Chaplin says 'a day without laughter is a day wasted.' I hope to see all of you on the mat very soon!
